1. Please read the Application Guidelines before you submit the application. If you have any question, please email to plums@ums.edu.my.
2. After clicking the New Applicant link, you will be directed to a registration page. Upon successful registration, an activation link will be automatically sent to your email together with your username and password. Then go to your email inbox and click the activation link.
3. After your account is activated, please click on the Login link and enter credential information using your username and password you have just created.
4. Please click Programme Offered to view programmes offered for session 2-2024/2025
1. Once you have successfully login into the system, please click the New Application Button.
2. You are NOT required to make payment (Processing fee) before you can create new application. Application fee will be included in e-Registration (only applicable for successful applications).
3. Please ensure you have completed the following information as below:
- Personal Information
- Application Information
- Language Proficiency
- Academic Qualification
- Working Experience (Compulsory for APEL Applicant)
- Financial Support
- Upload Documents
- Declaration
4. For
declaration section, please ensure that you have uploaded all documents required by UMSFLEC in order to proceed in this section. All uploaded documents must be in jpeg, pdf and doc/docx format not more than 500 KB.
5. NO hardcopy documents are required upon application. However, please keep all your documents that you have uploaded because those documents are to be submitted during registration day. You are advised to ensure the following supporting documents were uploaded:
- Identity Card - Compulsory
- MUET/IELTS/TOEFL/ISFP/Proven English Proficiency - Compulsory
- Diploma Certificate - Compulsory / Optional for applicant with APEL
- STPM/Matriculation - Optional
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) - Compulsory
- APEL - Optional / Compulsory for APEL applicant
- Supporting Document 1 (Academic Transcript & Etc) Optional
- Supporting Document 2 (Skill Certificate & Etc) Optional
6. The department of Faculty/Centre/Institute of your chosen programme will assess the academic quality and suitability of your application and the result will be announced at your application portal. Please refer to your portal at http://mohon.ums.edu.my/spplums from time to time to see the current status.
1. Application open once ever year (Depend on UMSFLEC administration)
2. Application received after deadline will be processed for the next intake.
3. The university reserves the right to approve your admission into a programme that is deemed academically suitable for you.
